This policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds work for answersheet™ paid plans.
Free Trial
We offer a 30-day free trial before any paid plan begins. Please use this period to fully evaluate whether answersheet is right for you before subscribing.
No Refunds
All payments made to answersheet are final and non-refundable once processed, except where required by applicable law. This applies regardless of how much of the subscription period you use, and regardless of your exam outcome or results. We do not offer partial refunds, pro-rated refunds, or refunds for unused time on a plan.
Cancellation
answersheet subscriptions run for a fixed annual term and do not auto-renew. Once you subscribe, your access continues for the full year you paid for. If you do not renew before that term ends, your plan simply expires and you will not be charged again — there is no auto-renewal to cancel, and no action is needed on your part to stop future billing.
Failed or Disputed Payments
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at support@answersheet.in before raising a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks raised without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account pending resolution.
Why No Refunds
We offer a full free trial specifically so you can decide before paying. Given this, and consistent with common practice among exam-prep platforms, we do not offer refunds after payment.
